1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context explicitly requires otherwise:

"Platform" / "jpcash"

Refers to the online betting and gaming services operated under the domain jpcash.cam, including all associated web pages, mobile-optimized interfaces, games, and tools.

"Member" / "You" / "User"

Any individual who has successfully registered an account on jpcash and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

"Account"

The personal account created by a Member on jpcash, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activities are conducted.

"Balance"

The total amount of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) held in a Member's jpcash account at any given point in time, inclusive of deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts where applicable.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credit granted by jpcash to a Member's account, which is subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as outlined in Clause 5.

"Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover"

The total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn from a Member's account.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The identity verification process conducted by jpcash to confirm a Member's identity, age, and residency. Required documentation may include a copy of a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and proof of payment method ownership.

"Real Money Funds"

Funds deposited by a Member using their own money via an approved Indonesian payment method, exclusive of any Bonus Funds.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Any territory or jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services constitutes a violation of applicable local law.

"Intellectual Property"

All trademarks, logos, trade names, software code, game content, graphics, text, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to jpcash.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of jpcash is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. jpcash reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend any account where a Member is found to be under the age of 21. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdictional Eligibility

jpcash is designed primarily to serve online gaming enthusiasts based in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing jpcash from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of jpcash complies with the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You will not use VPN services, proxy servers, or any technical measure to circumvent geographical restrictions or disguise your true location.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jpcash account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. If you discover that you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must contact jpcash support immediately.

2.4 Employee Exclusion

Current and former employees of jpcash and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in any promotional offer on the platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access betting and gaming services on jpcash, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), email address, phone number, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your membership remains accurate and up to date. jpcash may, at its discretion, require you to re-submit documentation to confirm the accuracy of your registered details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.3 KYC Verification

jpcash reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage of a Member's account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• A clear photocopy or digital photograph of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement, e-wallet screenshot matching the registered name);
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address, where required.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or any other security information with any third party. jpcash will never contact you to request your password. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to jpcash support immediately. jpcash shall not be liable for losses resulting from a Member's failure to adequately secure their account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jpcash accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jpcash does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No conversion fees are applied by jpcash; however, third-party banking fees, if any, remain the responsibility of the Member.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as follows (subject to change at jpcash's discretion with prior notice):

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000
• Maximum Single Deposit: Rp 50.000.000 (or as set per payment channel)
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum Single Withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 (or as set per payment channel)

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfers and approved e-wallets are typically credited to a Member's jpcash account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your bank's side, you must contact jpcash support and provide the transaction reference number, amount, originating account, and timestamp for investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by Members are processed by jpcash within the following standard timeframes:

• Standard processing: Within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification;
• Pending KYC: Withdrawals may be held until full KYC verification is completed;
• Large withdrawals: Amounts exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per single transaction may be subject to additional review and may take up to 24 hours.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The withdrawing Member's account must be fully KYC-verified;
• All applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must have been met;
• The withdrawal destination (bank account or e-wallet) must be registered in the same name as the jpcash account holder;
• No open fraud investigation or account review may be pending against the account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jpcash offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in, as well as the general terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses credited to a Member's account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement). This means that the bonus amount — or the bonus amount multiplied by a stated multiplier — must be wagered in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is published on the promotion detail page and in the Member's bonus dashboard.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonus credits and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated at the time of the promotion. Bonus Funds that have not been used and wagering requirements that have not been completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation.

5.4 Eligible Games

Not all games on the jpcash platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published in the promotion detail pages. As a general guide:

• Slots: typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements;
• Live Casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): contribution rate as stated per promotion;
• Sports betting: contribution rate as stated per promotion;
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws: contribution rate as stated per promotion.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

jpcash reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting software, placing low-risk arbitrage bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Members. Determination of bonus abuse rests solely with jpcash's compliance team.

5.6 Promotional Amendments

jpcash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where practicable, advance notice will be given to affected Members. No compensation is owed for the discontinuation of any promotional offer.

6 Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Betting

All sportsbook wagers on jpcash — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifying fixtures, AFF Cup, and other competitions — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the jpcash sportsbook help section. Key general principles include:

• Bets accepted and confirmed by the jpcash system are binding and cannot be cancelled except in cases where jpcash determines a pricing error has occurred;
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded; one losing selection voids the accumulator;
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) bets are settled in accordance with the handicap lines confirmed at the time of bet acceptance;
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement beyond 24 hours, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the applicable sport rules.

6.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino games available on jpcash — including slots from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — are operated in accordance with the rules embedded in each individual game. All Return to Player (RTP) values are certified and published. Live dealer games are governed by the rules visible in the game interface at the time of play.

6.3 Togel and Numbers Games

Togel draws (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau result pools) are conducted in accordance with the official draw results published by the respective draw operators. jpcash acts as a wagering platform and is not responsible for the conduct of the draws themselves. Draw schedules are published in WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7).

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error affecting the outcome of any bet or game round, jpcash reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Members. jpcash shall not be liable for any losses arising directly from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7 Responsible Gaming

jpcash is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools and resources to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time via their account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration reminders and automatic logouts;
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through our support team;
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications remind Members of their session duration and total activity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jpcash

jpcash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account without prior notice if jpcash has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other Members;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts;
• Involvement of an underage individual;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jpcash may withhold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be permanently forfeited.

8.2 Closure by Member

Members who wish to close their jpcash account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the jpcash platform — including but not limited to the jpcash name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jpcash or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jpcash Intellectual Property without the express prior written consent of jpcash. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitations of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

jpcash aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. jpcash shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, provided that reasonable advance notice is given where practicable.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jpcash expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Member's Own Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. jpcash is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through participation in betting or gaming activities on the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that you only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jpcash holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and jpcash, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days, either party may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process, as applicable.

11.3 Language

These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall be the authoritative reference. jpcash may provide Indonesian-language summaries for convenience, but those summaries are not legally binding.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jpcash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jpcash will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via a platform notification, email to the registered address, or a prominent notice on the jpcash homepage.

Your continued use of jpcash following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 8.2.

The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms and Conditions were last updated. We encourage you to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
